STYRENE FOAM SDN BHD was incorporated on the 10th June 1994 and commenced operations in July 1994. The manufacturing plant is located at Lot 35, Block 3, Lebuh Sultan Mohamed 1, Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan with a build up production area of 34,697 sq.ft and a new warehouse with 26,000 sq.ft in build up area.

The principle activity of the Company is in the manufacturer of (EPS) (CFC FREE) products for a wide range of applications in shape moulding products, thermal insulation, packaging, advertising and civil engineering/building which include light fill in road foundations, theme park facades, concrete void forming, floatation, impact sound insulation, wall construction elements & roof & floor panel

The current plant covers area of 60,697 sq.ft. The production capacity (16 hours) for the plant is currently 800 Blocks (2904 cubic meter) per month and for shape moulding production capacity at 24 hours cover about 75mt of the raw material. (present capacity is 60% utilized).

1. Pre-expander Machine

Five units, with a total production output of 650kg / hr (20kg/m³)

2. Block Moulding Machine (Capacity 75mt/month)

Two units, with a total production output of 240 blocks / day (16kg/m³)

3. Shape Moulding Machine

a. Three units Erlenbach EHV 87/67 with a total production output of 48mt of raw material for average sales value of RM450,000.00 per month (18kg/m³ density with an average of 265gm/cycle/open)

b. Two units new Erlenbach EHV 107/87 with a total production output of 20mt of raw material average sales value of RM190,000.00 per month.

4. Boiler

One unit (new) 6500pph boiler with an operation capacity for eight units of Shape Moulding Machinery.

5. Air Compressor

One unit Hydrovane 50HP air compressor.

One unit new BOGE 60HP air compressor.

One unit Gardner Denver American Made 100HP air compressor.

We offer EPS products in wide range of applications.

These cut sheets can be cut using simple tools like knife to fit in shipping containers, or other usage such as decorating, building insulation, etc.

  

Shape molding process allows the polystyrene foam to match the edges of electronic products.

Cushioning the products on polystyrene foam can diminish the shocks that will occur during the transportation of the products.
